Carterton Chamber of Commerce


		Carterton is a rapidly expanding community of around 14,000 with a major new development to the north east of 1,500 new homes. There are also new opportunities for businesses with the development of West Oxfordshire Business Park and Ventura Park.

		Chamber Diary The Chamber meets every other month on a Wednesday, at Carterton Town Hall, Alvescot Rd, Carterton, Oxon OX18 3JL. As well as being a good local business network, the Chamber also runs a number of social events and activities. A greyhound racing evening was held recently, and a BBQ is planned for the Summer. Other events include skittle evenings at The Plough in Alvescot, golf days and a Christmas Dinner in December.


		Looking Forward The Chamber is currently working with the Carterton Fast Forward Partnership to carry out a survey of local businesses to update information on their particular needs and how they see their businesses developing in the future.
